Lot on every vial
Every vial label carries its lot number, and a label cannot print without one.
Research-use catalog
Research-use compounds, lyophilized and lot-numbered - identity and purity will be resolved by an independent lab for every lot.

The standing rules
Every vial label carries its lot number, and a label cannot print without one.
Scan the QR code on a vial label to check its serial against our production records.
One lot number, printed on the vial and carried on your order, and on its certificate once that is published.
Questions about a lot or method reach a person, not an automated reply.

Certificate register
Each lot's certificate is published on its product page once that lot's assay is returned.
Common Research Inquiries
Dispatch, storage, and returns - answered in plain language.
Not every lot yet. Where a lot's certificate is available, it is published on that product's page, and the rest will appear there as each assay is returned.
Once a lot's certificate is published, the lot number printed on the vial will find it on the Testing page. The record it returns will be the same one carried on that product listing - same lot, same method, same result.
Orders are picked and dispatched on business days. Cutoff time and carrier options are shown at checkout before you confirm, and tracking is emailed when the label is scanned.
Lyophilized powder is held dry, dark, and cool; for long holds, keep it frozen. Storage conditions are laboratory handling instructions for research use only.
Research compounds are sensitive material, so returns are accepted on unused, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. After the return is received and inspected, the purchase price is refunded less shipping.
